Custom-40
40m QRP CW Transceiver
The Custom-40 is my customized version of the MicroMountaineer by Wes Hayward. The transmitter and receiver sections are the same as the original circuit, but the similarity stops there.
This radio has the following enhancements:
- VFO for receive and transmit
- Front mounted speaker
- RF gain control
- Two stage audio bandpass filter
- Semi break-in T/R switching
- Built in keyer
- RF pre-amp for receive
- Front mounted tune switch
